About Us

Christine and Mike Glass are the owners of The Becca Group, a boutique management company located in Richmond, VA. For over 30 years each, Christine and Mike have both dedicated their entire careers to the property management industry. They have focused on the successful development and management of multiple apartment and commercial assets in the Richmond area, assumed management of poorly performing assets repositioning them for success, and performed asset management services for multiple owners. Their approach has always been based on being hands-on, and creating strategic partnerships with owners, suppliers, and contractors for long-term success. As members of the Virginia Apartment Management Association, they promote quality rental housing opportunities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Christine and Mike live in the Richmond area with their “puppy” Lily. When not working, they can be found driving around in their 1994 Miata that they’ve owned since new, checking out cideries and vineyards in Charlottesville, or rooting on the JMU Dukes football team.
